Biomass boilers factory

Our factory of heating biomass systems is divided into two section for production and research.

Admission and cutting section

This area receives the prime material, where this is cut and processed by a plasma cutting machines, belt saws, guillotines etc.

Packaging section

Once the pieces have been obtained, the equipment is assembled using high power machinery and the newest technology. In this section the boilers and stoves designed by our Innovation, Development and Research section take shape. 

Electronic assembly section

In TUBOCAS we design and assemble all the electronic components that allow the functioning of our equipments, monitoring the entire process which means that our equipment has a thorough quality control. 

Packaging section 

Once the equipments have been assembled, they are packed and stored for their delivery by our own installation experts or by other experts working for us in different locations. 

Innovation, Development and Research section

The heart of TUBOCAS is this section, where all the components of our equipments are created, developed and checked through strict quality procedures, making our products a reference in the sector.
